Coaching/Teaching Philosophy
The driving force in my coaching and training philosophy is that my players are allowed to make decisions on the field, both poor and good, it is always best to learn from ones achievements and mistakes, thus allowing one to continue to grow as a player and person.

Short Life Bio:
I began playing soccer at 6 years of age, spending the majority of my playing time playing for the Jenks Santos and Pride ’75. As a member of the 74-75 Santos , I along with my teammates, won 4 state championships, going on to represent Oklahoma at regional’s 4 times. Played my high school soccer at Sapulpa where I was a member of the 1993 All State and District teams. The majority of my coaching Career has been with SFC ‘92 (MTXE).
