SPECIAL CHECK-IN FOR TEAMS w/ FRIDAY NIGHT GAMES 5:00 p.m.

2012 WSA Cup Tournament Check-in will be held at the Case Community Center located at Rivercity Parks Sports Complex, 1/4 mile north of the soccer complex. The Community Center parking lot is located just WEST of the entrance to Rivercity Parks off Wekiwa Road (it is the large dome shaped building w/ the green-tinted roof).  The address is 1050 West Wekiwa Road, Sand Springs, OK 74063.  MAP IT CLICK HERE.

• Approved Roster
• Player Passes (for all u11-u19 teams)
  
• Medical Releases
• Guest Player Forms (for all u11-u19 teams)
  
• State Travel Papers (for all u11-u19 non-Oklahoma teams)

NOTE TEAMS PLAYING FRIDAY: Please plan to check-in at the Case Center (located just 30 seconds from your game fields) on Friday night.

NOTE ON PARKING FOR RIVERCITY FIELDS #8, #10, #11; AND ALL WSA FAMILIES

To park "closer" to your field and avoid the traffic: Go just west of the Rivercity entrance 1/4 mile, turn south on Wellston Park Road; at the end of the road, turn left to park on the north end of field 11, or bear right to park in the baseball facility parking for F8 and F10. ALL WSA FAMILIES ARE REQUESTED TO PARK IN THIS NORTH LOT.
