WSA CLUB COMMITMENT TO YOU 

1. Our staff will serve excellently, graciously, and generously. 

2. The player is the center of all decisions. 

3. The staff will be responsive, honest, and and with maximal effort attempt to be effective. 

4. The organization leadership will listen to member feedback. 

5. Teams will have a team budget approved at a club director level, presented to parents, and applied to steer team schedule for the year.

6. Team treasurer will be expected to be transparent with team finances, protecting only information regarding financial assistance players. 

7. Team coach will conduct two player feedback meetings annually, one which will be a written evaluation to be used as a player tool for growth and improvement. 

8. Club will maintain facilities with priorities in this order: Safety, Functionality, Aesthetics.  

9. Training periodization will be followed, including required and mandated breaks for rest and recovery, and intensified training for optimizing peak performance zones.  Training schedule will be prepared and given at least with 30 days advance notice (field and weather related revisions are expected to be part of the rescheduling process). 

10. Club will make accessible to all teams a field reservation process, a training schedule, and a club annualized calendar.  

11. Club will offer various communication tools to teams and resources to parents to provide relevant, pertinent information.

12. Club Directors will steer parent education, informing parents of best practices for guiding their child in the vertical transition process of youth soccer.
