As many are aware the club's facility loss has required a quick re-think of our established processes. As of Thursday, May 30, we are still holding out hope we can return to West Bank soon. Currently the water appears to be receding and did not reach the Ken Lovelee Clubhouse. However, there is an actual breach in the levee along the West Bank Sports Complex, which continues to create a dangerous scenario, and while waters are receding presently, we understand the weather can change that prognosis quickly.
In addition to facility resources, our manpower has been hampered. Our registrar, our financial assistance coordinator, our receivables director, and other staff, are all dealing with flooding to their personal and business properties.
Players need to register NOW. Upon registering you can elect installment plans. After June 1, when you register the installment plan "initial fee" will be charged immediatley (you can choose an option for this to be $5). The June 1 installment which begins the year's payment cycle will then charge within the next 24 hours.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION
The revised financial assistance application process will be communicated hopefully by Thursday, May 30th, night, or Friday, May 31st, morning. We are currently working to establish an online application process which will be available, and reestablish the "in-person" application process. We understand this process is important and critical to many famlies wishing to REGISTER (see above). Since the original "in-person" process was staffed to allow financial assistance and registration to coincide, we are reinventing this proces to provide the same or similar functionality for the convenience of our famliles.

UNIFORM ORDER PROCESS
The uniform order process is currently on hold due to a glitch in the online order platform. This is mostly unrelated to the flood. We hope to have this resolved very soon.
