The Side Training Curriculum - Periodization Calendar

PERIODIZATION: Systematic planning of training, taking into consideration intensity levels, player rest-recovery cycles, overlaying other prominent schedules (i.e. school, family, HS soccer, league play schedules), and player level (age, gender, athletic ability & experience).  The overall plan involves a progressive cyclying of various aspects of a training program covering a specific period of time.
