If you are calling in the results make sure you also complete the form for the league.  This form will require you to upload a pic of the game card and rosters that were used during check in.  CLICK HERE TO UPLOAD GAME CARD FOR SCORE REPORT.

RESCHEDULE REQUEST FORM CLICK HERE - teams are allowed no more than 2 reschedules for the season.  If a game currently says unassigned then that will not count towards the reschedules.  If you have to reschedule please work with the opponent and get an agreed upon date/time/field.  Once that is done then submit the reschedule request over to the league.  This needs to be done at least 14 days before the original game.
