2022 OPC UPDATES

SCHEDULE RELEASE

EMAIL FROM OPC

OPC Coaches/Managers,

We are excited to get started with our 2022 Fall season!
League is set to open on September 10th.

As of this morning, the schedule and updated information have been placed on the OPC website –  www.okpremierclubs.com, under the OPC League Tab.   Here's the link for your convenience -
https://system.gotsport.com/org_event/events/17523

On the OPC website, you will find the Fall schedule, reschedule process (which has not changed), as well as the reschedule JotForm.  If you come across a game with no facility or time, we are still working on finding a field for that game, but the date is correct.  If this date works for you, good, if not, you can reschedule these as needed.  As a reminder,  GotSport is not mobile friendly, so please note that it’s best to view schedules using Chrome on a PC.

We have set the rescheduling vetting period from today, August 30th – September 6th. EXCEPT FOR THE FIRST 2 WEEKENDS!  IF you need to change a game for the first two weekends, you must submit that by this Friday, the 2nd, or the game will stand.  The normal vetting period is to help you align your season with what works best for your team without any complex, field, or referee penalties.  As with all reschedules, you must contact your opponent and get agreement to move a game before submitting a Reschedule JotForm, even during this vetting period.   The normal OPC 14-day reschedule policy will begin September 7th.   After Sept. 7th, there will be ref fees assessed for the late cancellation of a game.

Please follow our reschedule process in order to get your games moved from their current scheduled date to the desired date, which can also be found on our website:

1. Contact the opposing team and agree on a new date/time/ for the game.
2. Complete the online reschedule form posted on the OPC website -
https://www.jotform.com/build/222305755710147
3. You will get a confirmation email from
Jotform regarding your submission

4. OPC staff will review field availability based on the reschedule request and make the change to the schedule.

5. If there is no field availability, an OPC staff member will contact you to inform you that we can't make the requested change and will give suggestions on how to resolve the matter.

We look forward to a great Fall season!

Thank You,
Oklahoma Premier Clubs Staff

OPC BRACKETING FEEDBACK & TRAVEL UNDERSTANDING

*Feedback must be submitted via this form (no text or email).

1. Provide feedback via form (no email or text). The club leadership will listen intently and consider feedback. OPC BRACKET FEEDBACK FORM CLICK HERE

2. Understand that your team placement is based on 200+ other teams.

3. Understand we do not guarantee to move your team upon your request.

4. Last year's standings are considered, as well as Director of Coaching feedback.

5. WSA teams will play the schedule and commit to 100% of the matches on their team's schedule.

6. WSA Games played at a WSA Facility will count as a "geographical" home game unless it involves travel from South to OKC, or OKC to Tulsa, etc...  For example, if a game is listed on the schedule as WSA 2012 Red HOME vs WSA 2012 Blue Away, and both team's home facility is Case Community RC Parks in Sand Springs, then this will count as a "home geographical game" for both WSA teams.

7. OPC will attempt to guarantee all OPC teams 50% geographical home games.  There is a chance that WSA teams may have less than 50% "home games listed" on their schedule.  These WSA teams will still "travel" the same metric as other OPC teams.  These teams will also see a benefit in less referee fees.
