FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

⚽️What is the purpose of the 5K GiveAway?  Support your team.  Support 2 charities.  Support your club.

⚽️What will monies for club be applied towards? Legacy Fund.  The Legacy Fund is purposed to support the club's Financial Assistance Program and Field of Dreams Capital Improvement Vision. 

⚽️Will these funds help Community Clubs (OKC, South, North, East)? Yes.  The Field of Dreams Vision is multi-focused, and allocation of funding is based on Executive Director decisions which are influenced by every Community Club Director. The club's Legacy Fund supports the Financial Assistance and Outreach programs.  Currently a WSA Community Club is partially funded as "outreach". 

⚽️If we sell "paper tickets" how will we turn these in?  You ca submit all paper ticket sales virtually with an easy to use form - click here.  These are due by Friday, Dec 17, 12:00 PM.  There will also be two drop off days at the West Bank Clubhouse, Dec 15-16. 

⚽️How do Community Clubs get their paper tickets turned in?  Use the virtual ticket submission. 

⚽️Can we sell both paper tickets and virtual online tickets?  Yes. 

⚽️Can we only sell online tickets? Yes.  In person sells are known to be better, but a good social media campaign within your team could do great as well! 

⚽️Can we choose NOT to participate?  No.  Every team coach at WSA, at every program level, is required to participate.  This is simply WHO WE ARE.  We DO.  We PARTICIPATE.  There is no penalty for poor results.  There is a consequence for any team who chooses to not participate.  This is a condition of being a staff member - LEAD and ABIDE.

⚽️How do I calculate our team portion of the monies raised?  Use the quota formula located in the team packet.

⚽️How do we turn in monies for paper ticket sales?  You will calculate and keep your portion of the donations at in-person check-in - click here.  If you use virtual ticket submission, at this time we do not have a method to allow you to deduct your team's portion from the total.  We are working on this (11/18).
