Lil Alliance Soccer Academy Mission REVISED YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM CLICK HERE!   The Lil Alliance Academy will establish a stress-free atmosphere to expose pre-competitive age (3-10 year old) players to the game at high levels. The focus of the program will be on the development of the ambitious and advanced young player, with a goal of providing adequate challenge and successes in training to stimulate and peak the interest of the child. All training will be developmentally appropriate, based on education and research, and focused on the long-term interest of the child.
