ONLINE CHECK-IN:

Please feel free to take advantage of the online check-in process prior to the event.  There is a $20 service charge for the online check-in process.  You will receive a check-in receipt upon submission of your documents.  DEADLINE FOR ONLINE CHECK-IN IS NOON WEDNESDAY, MAY 1st.

      ONLINE CHECK-IN DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

• Official Team Roster (be sure all guest players are included, and all players not participating are marked out)
• Player Pass Cards (u11-u19 teams) 
• Medical Releases (for all players) 
  
  ONLINE CHECK-IN DOCUMENTS OPTIONAL & POSSIBLY NEEDED: 
   
  • Roster Verification Form (you will offer a digital signature for this prior to submitting)
  • Guest Player Forms (if player is outside your club/ or player pass card issued from the guest club)
  • Travel Documents if Required by Your State Association
