WSA COACH EVALUATION
Each WSA Coach will be offered constructive feedback from an evaluation performed by a staff director or coordinator during the season. The goal is to offer feedback to coaches by December of each year, with a follow-up feedback correspondence by April of each year. The evaluation will be performed either at a match, warm-up, training session, or team event, and may include a single meeting, or cumulative observations. The purpose of the evaluation is strictly constructive, and the concept is to open the forum for feedback and discussion on methods of teaching and instruction that are effective and ineffective. The overall goal is to advance our base of information, realm of ideas, and diversity of strategies in affecting the youth soccer player.
The evaluation and feedback process will be facilitated by one of the following staff directors:
Roger Bush - Director of Coaching
Ryan Bush - Assistant Director of Coaching
WEST SIDE ALLIANCE S.C.
