DAY OF TRYOUTS PROCESS
👉1. Player check-in at the BLUE TENT near their field.
- 100% of the players "check-in".
- Numbered/colored bib will be used on some fields & will be part of the check-in records.
- File Team Check-In Sheet by Date in Age Group Folder
👉2. Communication to player will be 1 of the 3 below:
- Offered a spot on team XYZ, or program XYZ - 🔶 RECEIVE CONGRATULATIONS HANDOUT w/ 5-Step Process
- Not offered a spot and should tryout for a different team or program
- Requires further information, and invited back to next session OR will follow up in 24-hours
👉3. End of Session OFFERED Players 👏 Report to 👉 WHITE TENT (near the concession building)
- 🔶ALL OFFERED PLAYERS (returning & new)- Size for the WSA 3rd Jersey - Pink Jersey
- 🔷 NEW OFFERED PLAYERS ONLY - drive to the Ken Lovelee Clubhouse - size for "last years 2025-26 Uniform Kit Items".
- 👊 PLAYERS REPORT THEIR SIZES TO THEIR TEAM MANAGER/LEADER
- ❗️MANAGER Will enter all player Uniform Sizing Data onto the WSA SIZING FORM
- Turn in ORDER FORM to TEAGAN at KEN LOVELEE CLUBHOUSE. She will take photo & email to you for record keeping. You will then INPUT THE DATA into an ONLINE FORM which will be used to fulfill your order.
- TEAM UNIFORM PREFERRED VIP DEADLINE - MAY 23 - Fulfilled first
- TEAM UNIFORM SUBMISSION HARD DEADLINE - JUNE 1 - Fulfilled next
- Orders received AFTER JUNE 1 will not receive uniforms until AFTER Sept 1
- Any player who is added AFTER your TEAM ORDER is submitted will go through an individual order process.
- OPTIONAL - Paper Registration Form - Some Players might complete a paper registration commitment form on site to hold spot
