- Q: What if a returning player outgrew jersey or shorts?
Do NOT add these to the Team Uniform Order. The returning player will order and pay for new jerseys or shorts that the player needs, via the Club Shop (online or physical shop). During May 15 - Aug 1 is a "peak window" meaning inventory overstock is low and rare, and bandwidth is dedicated to fulfilling team orders for NEW PLAYERS. Expect delays to receive new items.
- Q: What if there is a JERSEY # conflict with players shuffling teams during the age group transition?
Players can take their jersey to SoccerUSA-Tulsa and request to have the number removed and a new number added.
- Q: What if we have not had an opportunity to size for uniforms during the tryout process?
Managers and coaches can handle this how they feel is best. If the Team Order is NOT placed by June 1 then WSA will not guarantee fulfillment by August 1. Players can guess their size or size using a teammate's uniform as a solution.
- Q: What if our team adds a player after June 1?
This is common. The player will order individually via the Uniform Center. These orders will be fulfiled AFTER all 200 team orders are fulfilled.
- Q: Are Youth Academy Teams on the same deadline?
Youth Academy teams are encouraged to place their team order before July 1 for delivery prior to Sept 1. Some Youth Academy teams are pre-built and can place their order now which will help ensure on-time/early delivery.
